TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Must be ages 21+ to purchase ticket.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This event is rain or shine and there will be NO REFUNDS or exchanges of purchased tickets for any reason. Do not lose your ticket, as it will NOT be replaced if it is lost, stolen or destroyed. You must have your printed ticket on you at all times while on premise. Anybody without a ticket will be asked to leave the venue.
- There is a strict NO RE-ENTRY policy for this event. By purchasing a ticket you consent to allow our security team to search you and your personal belongings upon entry to the venue.
- The Cottage at The Crystal Coast, LLC is private property therefore weapons and/or illegal substance are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in eject or removal from premise. The Cottage at The Crystal Coast reserves the right to involve law enforce, if necessary.
- All artists listed on the website are currently confirmed for the event. The Cottage reserves the right to cancel, change and/or reschedule any and all entertainment for any reason The Cottage sees fit. Please note line up is subject to change.
- Each ticket is only valid for this specific event and is not transferable for any reason and/or sold by a third party.
- If the event is cancelled, postponed, and/or reschedule ticket holder will be notified via email with further details. This ticket is not subject to any refund and shall bear no cash value. If issued complimentary, this ticket shall not be exchangeable. No refunds, no exchanges except as provided herein, event date & time subject to change. All rights reserved.
- The Cottage at The Crystal Coast, LLC is an indoor/outdoor venue and weather conditions could affect an event, performance, and/or show due to circumstances beyond our control. Thus, the purchaser and/or bearer of this ticket understands, acknowledges and will not expect a refund for the purchase of this ticket for cancellations. Talent line-up and schedule is subject to change at any time.
- The holder of the ticket grants the venue, promoter, vendors, and/or talent the right to use their image/likeness as captured on film, video or any other electronic medium being utilized at the event, and further understands that such images will likely be used to promote future events. The Cottage at The Crystal Coast, LLC reserves the right to request attendees to remove or retract any offensive, harmful, misleading and/or misrepresented content printed and/or published online.
- The Cottage at The Crystal Coast, LLC reserves the right to refuse entrance, eject or remove any attendees from the venue, for any reason and/or show disorderly actions or fails to comply with the terms and conditions contained herein. In addition, The Cottage at The Crystal Coast, LLC event is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property and will not be held responsible or liable for any injuries and/or accidents onsite.
- Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void. This ticket cannot be replaced if lost, destroyed or stolen. BY COMPLETING THIS PURCHASE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ABIDE BY THIS TICKET PURCHASE POLICY & THE TERMS & CONDITIONS.


In compliance with North Carolina ABC laws all attendees must obtain a temporary membership to The Cottage at The Crystal Coast. All members are required to complete a short application during the ticketing process in order to acquire their temporary membership. Ticket purchase will be issued a ticket order number that will serve as their temporary membership ID and must be presented upon entry to the event.

MEMBERSHIP AND GUEST POLICY:
- The Cottage at The Crystal Coast, LLC is a private bar for members and their guests.
- All attendees must obtain a membership through the ticket purchasing process and/or be a guests of a ticket holding member to access the venue.
- The Cottage at The Crystal Coast is an event-based destination venue. Memberships are considered temporary and will need to be renewed per contracted event and/or ticketed event. There is a $1.00 Membership fee required and is non-transferable between events.
- For ticketed events, members will be issued a ticket order number that will serve as their temporary membership ID card and must be presented upon entry to the event. If member purchases additional tickets with order, any additional tickets purchased under ticket order are considered “bonafide” guests of the member. Member and all guests must be present to access event.
- Members and guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol on the premise and must present a valid ID to be served.
- The Cottage at The Crystal Coast, LLC reserves the right to deny entrance to any member and/or guest who displays inappropriate behavior and/or appear to be intoxicated.
- Any violation of The Cottage at The Crystal Coast, LLC’s Rules & Regulations and/or North Carolina State ABC laws by any member or their guests will result in termination of membership.
- Use of the facility is based on contracted and/or ticketed events. All members must either be a contracted client or a ticket holder and must complete membership requirements. All memberships are considered temporary and must be acquired per private or ticketed event.
- When purchasing this membership, you will be eligible to receive email updates. You may opt-out of any email correspondence at any time upon request.
